I'm a young female who can be very impressionable because of my anxiety. I've always been anxious of being inferior to men, and not being as capable as men. After discovering redpill/MGTOW communities and reading their arguments I'm even more paranoid that I'm inferior to men and would never be as strong, as resilient, as hard-working and as rational as men.

My anxiety is a part of me that will never go away. Even though I see absolutely no proof of redpill/MGTOW in real life and in my social circles, I'm also very isolated and inexperienced and that keeps me from being sure about anything.

But I don't feel supported by the feminist communities. Pretty much all of them stand by 'men are trash' and to be extremely cautious of them. I don't like such a miserable world view but at the same time I have absolutely no real life experience to gauge what is the best mindset.
