That’s not really a red pill idea. It’s pretty basic human psychology, really. People are far more emotional than they are logical, so if you can elicit a particular emotion from someone that they desire, they’re far more likely to ignore what their logical brain is telling them.

This principle can certainly be corrupted in the pursuit of red pill ideals, as they will use it to manipulate the emotionally immature or injured, but emotionally healthy women with strong support systems in place are rarely vulnerable to that sort of thing.

I'm not really sure I'd call that a 'rule' more of a manipulation strategy.

Sure, it'll almost definitely work regardless of the sex of the person you're using it on. But it seems like a lot of hassle, I don't want all of my relationships (romantic or otherwise) to be about 'getting what I want' from people. I'd like to have mutual friendships where we both provide things the other appreciates. Always giving people what they respond to in order to get 'what you want' sounds like a lot of effort and changing how you present yourself in order to get things from others, way too much hassle. I'm far too lazy for that kind of thing. I'd much rather just be friends with the people who respond positively to who I am already.
