It's the same shit a different toilet.

Instead of being blue pulled you're what he calls a "Jeffery". Instead of being alpha, red pilled, chad or whatever its being Adonis.

It's the same video games bad, flapping bad, the average guy is ugly/cringe/lazy/desalinated/soy, gym good, self help good, and so on. Both are trying to make you as insecure as they are or were and convince you that you are a piece of shit as you are and that you need to listen to them and their follow their current lifestyle or you're a failure.

The problem is the same. People need to stop letting internet personalities, especially those who have very little to no meaningful relationships with people outside of the internet put all of these batteries in your back. Define your own goals. Nobody really gives a shit if you start body building and stop jerking off.
