I’ve adopted a unconscious behaviour to be a chameleon around women with a lot of redpill reading. I’ve forgotten to be myself. Models by mark Manson and no more mr nice guy have been a life saver and I always look to apply them. Some other practical advice or some sorta source is welcomed
