You actually listed your problem. "i know I'll always be alone". If you think that way, tell yourself that, you are opening yourself to RP. You need to get out of your comfort zone. You need to talk to people. Talk to women. And dont talk with them with the intent of hitting on them, just talk. If you don't socialize, you are puting yourself in harms way.

You’re only 19. My friend was in a similar position as you were. He already began to move away from redpill / incel stuff as he got older, then he found someone for himself and is happy.

Try learning about anthropology, especially cultural, probably the best education you can get to be anti-redpill; you’ll see the redpill claims about biological innateness are categorically false.

As for dating, just keep trying and also ask for feedback, and work on yourself based on the feedback. It’s most likely a social issue not predominately a looks issue.
