Well. You're right that this is bullshit. But the US birthrate has dropped to below sustaining itself and the population is only growing because of immigration. But this isn't because of infertility it is because of birth control and less people wanting / being able to afford kids.

The greatest taint on genuine help for men will always come form the fragrant sensationalism RP spouts from the smallest of evidential truths.

It's like gatcha games when they release new characters, content creators will flock to the news and acquire the new character asap and make content about how good/impressive it is asap- not because it's entirely true, but because it's new content to sell.

Nofap has its truths. Daily abstinence from porn has genuine, proven benefits. But just like having one calorie-heavy cocktail every week or a chocolate bar every day or two isn't going to DESTROY and RUIN your GAINZZZ and MUSCLE- occasionally enjoying your sexual fantasies or casual self-centred pleasure is not going to ruin your brain/future relationships.

Nofap is an extreme response that should only be taken by those tooting their trumpet multiple times a day. Besides, I guarantee what most men need isn't to stop fapping, but to just have more preoccupying hobbies/interests.

I bet you ask most men who habitually fap, and if it isn't loneliness or depression, it's just boredom. An easy way to use up your time.

Main point though- to an extent they're correct in these issues.

Eg. Pthalates is a common soft plastic in many food products that's directly correlated to men's fertility and testosterone levels. It's EVERYWHERE.

But here's what RP likely ignores about research around it.

The effects are completely reversible after you minimise your exposure. Notice a lot of your food containers have pthalates in them? Replace them with glass and you've fixed it.

Pthalates as from a few years back have been drastically phased out of production too. Of course if RP gurus tell you that you won't buy their testosterone boosters.

Self-improvement is nonsense. Anyone with a brain knows that having some semblance of social skills and making healthy decisions is good.

Red Pill caters to men with no KSAs and often provides them with shortcuts and hypocritical doomerism that leads absolutely nowhere. Lots of susceptible men with absolutely no hope and much of it is their own fault. After they give the minimal effort and follow the scams, they end up "Black Pill" and that just leads to further problems.

You don't need to pay a Red Pill charlatan to tell you to stop eating junk food, hit the gym or take a shower.

A lot of red pill YouTubers talk about infertility in men. If this were true, how come the world's population is 8 billion? And shouldn't the USA be extinct if men were becoming infertile?

I don't know what infertility you're talking about. But there is a slowdown in global fertility rates and most of the population is aging in western countries. Also sperm count is going down due to microplastics in our food and water. This is a serious issue because microplastics also affect a lot of bioprocesses in our body and are endocrine disruptors. So less pollution is the goal, save the planet! Burn less coal, use less plastics, pump out less fossil fuels, use clean energy and bio alternatives!

Also NoFap is bullshit because they claim it gives you superpowers. If they were correct, then all the men who haven't watched porn since birth should have superpowers by now. Bullshit.

The way they talk about nofap is weird and overdramatized. The main danger is porn imo. Porn puts a lot of unhealthy expectations and ingrains a different reality than what actually is. It's been watched by 7-8 y/o kids and it seriously harms the way they see their sexuality. Even among adults, porn is harmful for interpersonal and romantic relationships, and how we view women. Not masturbating has a few benefits as such. Like there are men who have a masturbation problem and it creates problems to their daily routine. I've been into semen retention, tantric sex, all that stuff and there is some truth to it. It's not for everyone but it helps. But busting one out every few days or a week isn't hurting as long as you don't use porn. I recommend keeping a gap between each session to prevent desensitization and building addiction.

I hate how self-improvement YouTubers tell us to abstain from junk food. Can't we have a treat every once in a while? One treat isn't going to hurt us.

This is a valid point. I've seen enough heart related problems in my family to stop eating junk food. Unless it's made at home I don't eat it. But having an occasional treat isn't hurting. The main thing is exercise. We should have a minimum of 30 mins/day exercise considering our sedentary lifestyles. Not even full-on gym, but even walking at morning helps.

The whole "porn and masturbation addiction" thing is also always getting debunked by scientists. It is true that porn as an industry has so much rampant abuse, and that society still has a very awful way of treating sex workers. However, in itself, sexual desire isn't inherently wrong.

Masturbation is healthy and has been, over and over again, proven to release tension and make a person feel better (not just in men, also women and anyone else). It helps prevent cancer as well. Discovering one's erotic zones and deciding to not feel shame when it comes to masturbation can also be so liberating. It is literally a self care activity... and the only risk is simply physical (as in, could cause irritation if you overdo it, etc.).

Lastly, your point about "healthy eating" is also very true. Each body is different, and labeling food as "bad Vs good" is how you get an eating disorder lol.... many of us have such a bad relationship with food (again, men, women, rtc.) and the only real advice is to have a sort of a structure perhaps, or to make sure you're getting enough nutrients. Binge eating is a whole different thing but being told "don't eat" is just another way to trigger a binge for many lmao...

Only people who have different diseases should have a strict diet.
