I'm 23. I've accomplished things in the past six months that I never thought I'd ever accomplish.
Backstory: I discovered inceldom, redpill, and the manosphere during high school. I was late in having my first kiss, but not too late, I was 17. We hooked up a couple times and I fell for her hard, she didn't. I wanted to have sex and she said she wasn't ready. Then she discarded me and fucked one of my best friends.
I was hurt obviously, and turned to smoking weed and compulsive porn use, 2-3x a day for both for about 5 years, and really nasty porn too. Developed really bad porn-induced erectile dysfunction. Didn't even make a pass at a girl for about 5 years, I was so anxious around them and I didn't want to get intimate with someone and be hurt again. Plus I was super insecure about being a virgin so late into my teens and early 20s, and knew I wouldn't be able to get hard because of all the porn and would be terrible in bed. I was about 99 percent sure I'd die alone and a virgin 6 months ago.
In April of this year something snapped and I realized I had to turn my life around. My country was coming out of lockdown and I felt like I'd been given one last chance to live life. I quit the porn and the weed and put myself out there. A cute girl that I used to work with responded to one of my Instagram stories. Usually I'd just ignore it and go jack off, but I responded and talked and asked her on a date, the first date I'd ever been on in my life.
I was unbelievably nervous before, thought I was going to throw up, but it went incredibly well. We made out, but didn't have sex. She invited me over to her house a few days after, and I lost my virginity. It wasn't good. I didn't tell her I was a virgin, but she could probably tell. I could barely get hard enough to penetrate, let alone cum. She ghosted me after and I was devastated. I felt like I hadn't really even lost my virginity.
I had a couple failed dates off dating apps after, but I didn't let it get to me. I went on one date with a sorority-girl model type that was way out of my league, and it went OK but nothing happened between us and she turned me down for a second date. I went on five dates with this cute Jewish girl before she cut things off between us before we could even have sex.
Then I reconnected on Tinder with a girl I used to go to high school with. I was deathly afraid for the sex, but it all worked out somehow. She came over, and we had sex. I lost my boner for a bit but was hard enough to penetrate her for a while, but couldn't cum. She was understanding, and we kept seeing each over the course of the next couple weeks, and with each day of porn abstinence my dick was getting harder and harder and I was getting closer and closer to finishing. Finally a few days ago I came inside of her (with birth control obviously) and it was the best feeling I've ever had in my life, both the actual orgasm and the feeling of being sexually normal that I craved throughout my whole time as an incel.
To conclude: The main message that I have for anyone reading this is that you can and should change your life.
In terms of the can part, if I can do it, you can do it.
In terms of the should part, during my time as an incel I purposefully lied to myself, telling myself that I don't need sex or intimacy to be happy and that people overrate their importance. Many other people may even tell you this. I can tell you firsthand that this is not true. Being able to be sexual and intimate with women has changed my life and sex with someone you find attractive and are emotionally connected to is one of the most pleasurable, intimate, transcendent, and beautiful experiences possible.
