Do you have any books that you would recommend that teach how to form healthy relationships?

I've realised that many people go into red pill because they were looking for some form of personal development, relationship advice or sometimes physical body building for men...but eventually they come across Red pill philosophy and they think they've found the answer to all their problems. So what are the alternatives? Which books or youtube channels can we trust that provide solid relationship or personal development advice and provide content that is inclusive for men?

The manosphere is a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY. The influencers and authors in that industry are making a tonne of money from their books, conferences, podcasts, youtube views, advertisements, online courses, patreon donations, political endorsements etc. Read the book - Men Who Hate Women, if you want to understand the size of this industry, and the amount of money that these influencers are making from peddling concepts like the Red pill, black pill, high value men, Hypergamy, Sexual market value and all of the other Alpha-beta male pseudoscience.

I can think of 3 books for Ex-Redpillers, particularly if you're looking to create long term healthy relationships in your life, including good friendships (I believe this is just as important as dating relationships), I'd recommend that you read books such as

  1. Boundaries by Dr Henry Cloud
  2. Safe people by Dr Henry Cloud
  3. Deeper dating by Ken Page

These are my top 3 and they teach you about true intimacy and love in friendships, and relationships. Remember that most people just want love, not everyone is looking for a Chad or Stacey.
