So here are my questions 1.Why do women cheat? 2.Do Women cheat morethan men or the other way around? 3.How can you tell if that personloves you for who you are and not superficial stuff? 4.How can you tellif someone is cheating?

Women cheat for a lot of reasons. A lot of different reasons. Some have abusive husbands. Some are abusive to their husbands. Sometimes they get bored. Sometimes they slip up.
It doesn't Matter. Even if women cheat more, that doesn't mean the woman you are with is going to cheat or isn't going to cheat. (if it were the case that men cheat more, would that mean YOU were going to cheat?)
No one really knows that their partner really loves them 100%. The best we can do is go in with eyes and heart open. You can be reasonably certain by how she treats you, by how much you communicate together and support one another. You're never 100% certain, but if you treat someone with respect and support them emotionally and they support you back emotionally, you come to a point where you trust them fully.
You catch them. They tell you. Something like that. In a healthy relationship you communicate a lot and if you grow apart you break up before anyone cheats.

A big empathetic sorry about your abusive upbringing that made you so distrustful. Have you tried working with a therapist about your trauma and how it's shaped the way you worry about potentially being cheated on in the future?

Women cheat for the following reasons: they feel neglected and unhappy in their relationship and are unsure about leaving, they are in an abusive relationship and are looking for an escape, there is a lack of passion/romance in the relationship and the woman gets really bored and feel like they are just with a roommate, revenge for being cheated on it suspecting as much, or they just want attention and feel good about themselves.
Men cheat more than women, there are plenty of statistics to prove that.
They do stuff for you unexpectedly, listen to you, show genuine care and empathy for you, are there for you when you need them and none of that come with expectations from you or strings attached.
Usually they become secretive all of a sudden. They may start to withdraw from you or the relationship. They start coming home really late and there's not a really good explanation for it or it happens frequently. They'll be gone and you can't get a hold of them.

My advice is, you should love yourself enough to know that you are worth being with and being loved. If you don't have trust, you don't have a solid relationship and it will fall apart due to paranoia. If someone loves you or even cares about you, they won't cheat on you without a serious reason for doing so, but most women I know usually break up before ever cheating.

There are a lot of reasons why people cheat. Do all men cheat for the same reason? As a man, do you share a collective mind with other men?

Women are not a different species from you. They don't share a collective mind. They don't share the same life, the same job, experiences, personality, circumstances, or partners. They don't all cheat for the same reason.

I don't know if women or men cheat more, why does it matter? How does that information help you be happy?

The same way you can tell if anyone else loves you for who you are or superficial stuff. It's kind of obvious. I don't have a specific answer, if someone "loves" you because you look good but they are not attracted to who you are it should be obvious anyway.

4.How can you tell if someone is cheating?

I don't know, I guess most people can't tell otherwise cheating would only last for one occurence wouldn't it

You're drawing the right conclusions. The porn addiction highlights emotional needs that aren't meet and that you're not meeting for yourself either. It's a neuroticism, and at the root of neuroticism is always pain. Find the pain and process it the neuroticism goes away. That's psychoanalysis in a nutshell (yes there are flawed schools within the sphere of psychoanalysis).

CBT focuses on behaviours, deep psychology on why you're even doing it in the first place. CBT can be very effective, but it will have difficulty reaching deep. But if you get to the root of a problem, all kinds of behaviours will change.

So anyway, look there's emotional work to be done. You need to sharpen the lense with which you see the world, otherwise all you'll see is confirmation of what you're already afraid of.

I should add the way you feel is a logical consequence of coming from a dysfunctional family. Kindly feel validated. You're not being "emotional", you're not crazy or weak, it's a normal reaction.

Yes women might cheat, people in general tbh. And maybe you'll find out and maybe you won't. Focus on giving genuine love and know you'll not be to blame for what other people do.

The Stoics would say something along the lines of don't worry about the things you cannot change. Then by definition whether or not your partner cheats on you is basically irrelevant because it's not your choice.

The reason many people struggle with this is because they haven't resolved their early developmental narcissism yet. I.e. they don't fully comprehend that the choices of the other are in no way controllable by oneself in the context of a loving relationship. They lack understanding of the boundary between I and the other.

What is important is that you never forget to love the ones you claim to love, it's an ability and an activity, it requires doing, because whereas there are no good reasons to cheat, there are good reasons to leave. And people often confuse the latter for the former.
