I think it's important to remind us all tht women are not leaders but are followers. They follow any and every thing. They'd follow other people and fads, etc., off a cliff if it came to it. So...

Women acting crazy is really because they're following men. It doesn't look like it, but a close look would prove it. Women just tend to multiply things-- especially bad things-- and so it can seem like they started the whole fiasco of feminism, etc., by themselves. Let's look at some of the ways men 'lead women into temptation' (so to speak):

1.) Promiscuity. I prefer not to use that word but I don't have another word right now. Men naturally want a harem of women or a lot of women to sleep with. Men made use of that desire through the ages-- multiple wives, etc.-- and so women are now following suit.

2.) The Principle of Multiplication. I already mentioned this one briefly above If a man does good, a woman probably won't outdo him at doing good (generally speaking)... but if a man does bad, then a woman will take that and multiply it by three to five times (generally speaking). Men blame feminism, the women's liberation movement, and social media for the way women act. But in reality, women took advantage of the fact that men were not doing [certain things] right, jumped on the things men were doing wrong, and super multiplied them.

3.) The Principle of Opposites. This one is, imo, the most important and most foundational. Men are naturally active and women are naturaly the opposite, passive. When men are inactive about doing something that is good or right (eg. treating people equitably, doing right by others, standing for justice for others), women become active in doing what is wrong. Eg. Men are supposed to have a general sense of responsibility for the people around them, not just their own close circle of family and friends. (You can see evidence of this in the fact that men build societies, protect the weak, and go to war.) When men reject, neglect, or deny this part of their masculine responsibility, this has an inadvertent and unplanned effect on women and will 'cause' women to become active in doing things they otherwise would not do. This is because the principle of opposites demands, like yin and yang, that one person is active while the other is passive. When men, who are naturally active, become passive in good things, women have to make up the slack... but rather than doing those good things, women will do bad things. Women will abandon their natural 'passiveness' (ie. femininity) and will become active (ie. masculine) but unfortunately instead of being active in good things, they will become active in bad things. This is a real mystery but the question here is "What things that are good and right are men as a whole supposed to be doing but are not doing?"

Women naturally don't lead and don't want to lead. Their current desire to lead and be in positions of leadership comes out of a gap in leadership that men have left. This gap is anything but obvious (and most men have no idea it even exists). But the principle of opposites demands that every gap be filled by one thing or another. When men abandon the gap they're supposed to fill with good, women will fill it with evil. This isn't a politically correct concept, but since it requires very intentional thinking (not just speculating, complaining, guessing, postulating, theorizing, and philosophizing) to arrive at this conclusion, I'm confident that no one can refute it because those who would want to refute it prove they're unable to think long enough to make sense of the situation, and those who are able to think without bias and long enough will inevitably arrive at the same realization and conclusion.
