I met this guy on tinder a few weeks ago, we talked for a while there and we exchanged phone numbers. Since then he messaged me multiple times about meeting up and eventually I told him that I don't think we vibe and feel like we wouldn't be a great match. He was very subtly passively aggressive about it, but kind of made an effort to talk more. Eventually that conversation died out too.

Yesterday he texts me again asking for a meet up. I asked him if he really wanted a date, since we didn't even vibe via text. He says "Yes, why not". So not wanting to be a bitch, I tell him that I am not really feeling like online dating anymore in general and I don't wanna waste his time. He responds with "ok fine byebye", to which I don't text back.

Ten minutes later he asks "Okay but why are you on tinder?". And I honestly respond that I had a bad tinder date and it just robbed me of the motivation to proceed with the whole thing for a while, to which he says "Sure, sure. No idea what mental issues you got, but delete my number".

Blocked his ass immediately. NOT ONCE have I texted this guy first, always responded politely but was very clear that we are not hitting it off and that I do not wanna meet up. I don't even wanna think about what would have happened if I actually did meet up with him and rejected him afterwards. Best case scenario he would've wanted me to venmo him half of the bill, don't even wanna think about the worst case.
