This is in no way to defend him (bc he's a predatory piece of crap] but I really don't think he intends to charge $100.

I think that's to make sure his ad isn't buried with the phonies who post rents of $1.00 or something just to make sure their ad gets seen. When I've searched for housing on CL I would put in a minimum amount of like $100 in addition to a max amount just to filter out the spam posts.

But if not, you mean she'd have to PAY to be his live in? That ain't how it works sweaty.
