Fearful avoidant = go to therapy, you shouldn't be dating, you're traumatized.

Some LVM are definitely anxiously attached. It leads to (among other things) jealousy, clinginess, a lack of confidence that bleeds into other areas of life, paranoia, etc. Not recommended!

Im sure we have some avoidants/APs here. I wouldnt necessarily call it a LV/HV thing. Not one to get involved with sure. Look out for attachment and understand your own, sure.

Not everyone with those attachment wounds is a bad person-LV.

I exhibit HVW traits when I’m single and during the beginning stages of a new relationship, but once a relationship gets more serious, my anxious attachment system gets triggered. I’m seeing a life coach so I can learn how to cope whenever my anxiety arises.

Although I wouldn’t consider myself a Pickmeisha, I wouldn’t say I’m 100% a HVW yet, but I’m slowly changing my habits / the way my brain tends to think and internalizing FDS teachings. The stuff on this sub has actually done wonders for my anxious attachment as well.
