BDSM-practitioners are really a scratched up record, like REGARDLESS of what you write you get the exact same argument. Five different flat reasons that goes on a loop:

  1. "You're ignoring women's free choice". Nah, I'm I'm making a structural analysis of a phenomenon, it's called feminism...

  2. "Well everything works great in the COMMUNITY". There are people with experience from "the community" that has a different opinion AND bdsm doesn't concern just the people that hang out in your forum on darkside...

  3. "If you're against bdsm it's just because you haven't experienced REAL bdsm". Clever way to dismiss exactly all criticism.

  4. "All sex kan be problematic actually". Yes, that's correct, but sex with elements of violence does from the start run higher risk of being problematic.

  5. "There's assholes everywhere". Absolutely, but with bdsm-friendly rethoric they get much larger leeway.

Bonus: "There's actually submissive men too (plus indication that whoever criticises that is heteronormative)". Okay, just because I hate men doesn't make me think hitting them is a healthy sexual practice.
