In germany a "feminist" tampon/cup company (thefemalecompany) decided it would be a great idea to release a spot showing how to insert a cup. unfortunately:

- they used an agency that stole the idea from someone that applied for a position and wasn't hired

- released the video on pornhub

and nope they are not responding to the pornhub critisism.

Mia Khalifa was trending on Twitter yesterday, and I am just frustrated by the amount of people who keep saying that it 'was her choice to join the porn industry', as if liberal 'feminism' wasn't so successful in convincing young women that being a porn actress is a wonderful, well-paying, totally female-empowering job. We see the consequences it has for these women, they just choose to brush it under the rug. Even my older pickme sister was saying that "it was Mia's choice, so what?".

I honestly feel bad for Mia. She got sucked into porn in the exact same way that college football players get sucked into the NFL. They tell you you’re going to be rich, it’s going to be easy, you’re going to be famous, but they don’t tell you about the injuries, humiliation, and various other consequences. Why do they care so much about the ex-NFL players and not ex-pornstars? I’ll give you one guess.
