It’s so crazy to me how far the term gaslighting has made it into public consciousness. I read an article about it I dunno... maybe ten years ago and it’s like it made everything make sense for me and I was sharing that thing at least once or twice a year trying to spread the word.

So glad we’re all learning together.

People who gaslight will always claim that it's the other way around haha. So it's good to understand the concept. Crazy making. Its very easy to make a person feel that maybe things are thier fault or they are wrong. Because when you are a empathetic person you take responsibility for how you make people feel. But when something is not right.... you know. It's when the guy who's cheating on you has you convinced you're paranoid jealous and cheating on him. My ex everyone.
