Also, they probably have no-sense of self-esteem and are projecting that onto other people, anyone worth their salt has some type of standards, they don't have any so they don't want anyone else to either.

No. They want a top notch woman that has no standard . Which doesn’t make sense since part of being considering top notch is having high standards. It’s like landing a 6 figure job with no qualification. It doesn’t exist
