I’ve been a member of this sub since February. II just wanted to thank everyone for helping me change my ways. I’ve been holding off on commenting and posting because I wanted to make sure I got the gist of things first. I’ve read many books in the handbook in addition to keeping up with the sub. I can now say that I’m better at recognizing abuse now than in the past. I will also be spared from embarrassment and heartache due to other techniques that are preached here. Thank you
