I was looking through the list of FDS-Approved YouTubers and remembered a specific YouTuber (not on the list) whose videos sort of catalyzed my journey into FDS and broadened my understanding of colorism as a mixed woman.

Chrissie's content is specifically geared towards dark-skinned black women who are trying to level up. She discusses colorism, dating strategy, corrective promotion, femininity, and gender dynamics within the black (American) community. A lot of non-black/non-mixed people are probably not aware of how pervasive colorism is, and how it's been used to beat down and hyper-masculinize dark-skinned black women. More often than not the perpetrators tend to be dark-skinned black men.

I invite the mods to check her out so she can (hopefully) be considered for the FDS-Aprroved YouTuber list. Her videos are insightful and educational whether you're part of her primary target audience or are looking to be an ally.
