Prioritize giving YOURSELF the benefit of the doubt (by trusting your intuition) over giving any guy the benefit of the doubt. YOU are the prize that HE'S trying to win. He's just some guy and there is an overabundance of guys in this world. I've been in a situationship when I was younger and much more naive (way before FDS); it ended in a similar way as yours did and it hurt alot, so I feel your pain. ❤❤❤

When men make jokes about fucking other women

Hun, they are not joking. These "so called jokes" are not jokes at all. They thought about fucking your family and other women, men are dumb as shit, they tell on themselves ALL THE TIME. It is a hard lesson to learn. As soon as any man makes an inappropriate joke, DUMP HIM and move on. Only trash men make jokes like that.

I am sorry you had to suffer this toxic situation and it has given you this much anxiety, but now you can finally be free, move on and be happy. Learn from this toxic scrote clown and become stronger for it. You got this sis. I know you do!

Don't feel gross, feel proud because you took a step to put yourself first and improve your well-being. Anxiety will soon start going away and therapy will help you gain new perspective. Congrats on your level up!

Omg! All this! I went through something almost exactly the same,?I ignored the red flags and intuition as well. I feel ya except for the eating part, that I use to comfort myself and I wish I could go back to the days where I was too sad to eat but at least I exercise everyday.

But yeah, this shit sucks and I hope and pray that we learn our lessons, not take it personal and never have to ever go through anything like this ever again!

It takes so much self-awareness and courage to realize the situation for what it is and then so much more to finally leave. Know that is hard to stay but harder to let go for good. Take this time to just be with yourself and fully process what’s happened and I promise the worst days are the ones now, and it only gets better from here.
