I remember seeing a picture of my first ex that I dated in my teen years. Now, 10 years later he looks like a loser and after chatting to him a few minutes I thought how could I be in love with him, he isn’t even my type. I was very depressed when he broke up with me back then, but I thank him now for doing it and letting me go to get a better life.

Literally saw my ex this morning and realized how grateful I am that he was a low effort dude.... otherwise I would have been stuck with him instead of the guy I'm with. I definitely realized I got a MASSIVE upgrade!!
