Okay so, it's pretty good as an introduction. She has a boat full of FDS values on being HVW and not jumping all over some random that seems great on first impression.

She promotes waiting and vetting lots. She encourages sleuthing social media and ditching if there's any sign of scrotey behavior or gross jokes about females on social media or if he has mostly female follows.

Okay, so he’s interested, but what is he interested in? Texting you until the wheels fall off, a once a month casual dinner, a relationship, or does he just want the cookie? You know how you determine that? With patience as your guiding light, it’s simple: allow him to show you by his actions. Let him make his moves and you determine whether or not those moves are something you want to see more of.

But she also says to try casual dates like walks and coffee dates so that you get to know him first. That's the only thing so far, but I'm not done reading.
