She’s very articulate and she expresses her vulnerability with no reservations.

It’s long, but worth watching because she goes into detail not just on her suffering, but exactly what she did to overcome it and the methods she used to heal her heartbreak is a roadmap that is easily attainable for the majority of women

I’m so glad she had such a happy ending. She deserves it. We all do.

I liked the part about gaining your sanity back. People try too hard to make a bad relationship work and end up being miserable. Basically it drives you crazy being around someone who is the cause of constant aggravation to you. People don’t want to leave because of the time invested, the memories, or they’re afraid to be alone.
