He did only want to sleep with you. What’s worked for me was following Shallon Lester’s advice. Every time you think about someone you shouldn’t be reminiscing on you do an act of self care. I know you said you try to keep yourself busy, so I would keep doing that until you forget about him.

He only wanted to sleep with you. Once he saw you actually require effort, he decided to move on with easier targets. Work on yourself so you can start to realizing your own worth. You are nobody’s entantainer or private porn star and you should love yourself more than that. You dodged a bullet and you ahould be happy instead of thinking what you could’ve done different. It is not your fault he is human trash can. What you can do better is love yourself more to realize your worth.

Yes, he was just using you for sex, but you did good and didn’t give in! Honestly, I’m proud of you. At 23, I don’t know if I would’ve done the same for myself.
Get mad, get angry that this scrote wasted all your time and emotional energy just for some PIV. Once you realize what a shit he is, that he took advantage of you because of your age, that he only pretended to care about you, then you won’t feel bad that he wasn’t the one.
Also, read the handbook, and remember not to get emotionally invested, he obviously wasn’t, even tho it seemed like he was. That way if he starts to be disrespectful, it won’t hurt so bad to walk away.

This guy wanted one thing and was only willing to put forth a bare minimum effort to get it. He is trash and so are his opinions. What he thinks and does is irrelevant because he is LV and is way too old for you anyway.
Read the handbook.
I was hoping perhaps an older guy might be more mature and have a bit more emotional intelligence lol but I learned the hard way. Thank you :)

Don’t go over a man’s house unless you’re ready to have sex. Doesn’t matter how nice or shy he is. They all think they’re about to get laid. Don’t feel sorry because of his old ass. He wanted the booty. And if your not familiar with dating games men play, I wouldn’t suggest dating a 30 year old. Do something that makes you feel good about yourself. You need to make up for the energy that’s being depleted every time you think of him.
