You say "The way you're speaking to me is not acceptable." And then you lay out your requirements for proper behavior. If they try to argue about it, or keep doing the shit you just told them not to, cut them out of your life. No second (or third or fourth) chances.

You have to “practice” being you and in touch with your emotions. Practice mindfulness. The moment you are uncomfortable - address it. It doesn’t have to be loud or aggressive or hysterical - but immediately clock it so the person knows it’s unacceptable. And if they repeat or refuse o comply then you immediately cut them off. The more “you” you are, the more the Unbenificial things get pushed away.

Sometimes I just give him a look and walk away if I'm done with that person. I might give them a look and then excuse myself to the bathroom. I simply just don't accept it. I shouldn't even have to say anything to the person they should know what's expected of them and how to treat people. I make it clear that what they're saying is unacceptable with my facial expressions and body language and let them figure it out. If they don't change I dump them.

IT takes practice. Effort, patience, and persistence. First and foremost, you have got to filter out moids on your Online dating profiles based on a list of qualifications. Any moid which does not fit your list, is an immediate left swipe, no questions asked, no excuses or rationalizations, or "there's nothing wrong with him" type of justifications. IF HE'S NOT QUALIFIED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS ON YOUR LIST, YOU WILL SWIPE LEFT ON HIM, MERCILESSLY, UNAPOLOGETICALLY, WITHOUT QUESTION.

If you CANNOT assert your own boundaries and preferences on who you will or will not date, then you'll be unable to affirm your wants and needs and say "no" to shit from moids you'll meet online.

You've got to date with an abundance mentality. NEVER EVER EVER get hung up on any one moid. ALWAYS BE TALKING ACTIVELY TO AT LEAST 10 MOIDS, or 20, or 50, depending on how extroverted you are, and how much energy you have to put into these conversations. YOUR GOAL is to be the person who texts least. Who takes longer to get back. If you're double/tripple texting one moid and getting your hopes / feelings up, or waiting for him to call or text you back, YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG.

You should ideally swipe right on only the HOTTEST moids. Don't just stop at 5 or 10. Literally aim to have at least 1,000 hot moids swiped right on. Of these, several will message you. ONLY GET BACK TO THE HIGHEST QUALITY ONES. Keep it moving. If any moid takes too long to get back to you, unmatch. If a moid is rude, boring, impatient, or immature, unmatch. If a moid puts forth little or no effort into texting you meaningful shit, UNMATCH. If a moid fails to send you "good morning, beautiful" messages, UNMATCH. Literally have a "keep it moving, no matter what" mindset. Literally leave no room for bullshit. HE BULLSHITS, YOU UNMATCH, the first time. After a week of this, you'll have a rotation of high quality moids who aren't bullshitting. Vet them extremely, and unmatch any moid that is lackluster or fails to sustain your interest, MERCILESSLY, THE FIRST TIME.

Unmatch / ghost / block / ignore / delete them, the first time. This leaves ZERO room for moid bullshit. With this strategy, you'll soon end up with an inbox full of high quality moids to choose from. Of these, only let the best ones take you out on dates. Do NOT pay for meals. Do NOT offer to drive. Let them pick you up/ drop you off, or pay for your uber. UNMATCH if they are cheap, or want you to go dutch on dates. Do NOT use your real name. This makes ghosting unqualified moids easier. Use a google voice number and don't even add them to your social media until after you're exclusive and official. Date several moids at once until exclusivity is discussed, and agreed to, by you and the moid.
