How do you assert a need for respect?

This sub has helped me massively. #Massively#. And I’ve come a long, long way. But I still falter at taking a stand even when I’m not fully comfortable with how I’m being spoken to.

Hence my question. How do you establish the line of what you’ll allow, and what you won’t?
