Make a list of all the shitty things he’s done and read it every time you think about him.

Make along list of all the horrible shit he ever did to you and then every time you start to idealize him or think about him or miss him read that list to yourself. And then get pissed. Read it every day if you have to.

Also get out of the house with friends, meet other people, do things, get involved in your hobbies, have fun.

I wish I could show this thread to someone who got played. She went running back to his arms and said she would commit suicide if he ever cheated on her again. This was shocking and baffling. Also told me she needs him to help sort out her emotional problems, even though I explained that it’s her own journey and she’s the one responsible for her own change and happiness.
