I DON’T like when guys call me on their way to/ home from work, running errands in our first few calls. Especially video chat. I find it VERY rude. I can literally see that you are focused on driving or finding canned peaches or whatever the hell else you’re doing while I’m sitting somewhere ready to pay full attention to our conversation. I don’t think it’s a matter of having a mate at home and hiding me (mostly because they’ve been thoroughly vetted in that way, but I don’t put that past anyone because I’ve been wrong before!) What I think it is is a “kill two birds with one stone” situation and it makes me feel like he squeezed me in. Is this LVM behavior or am I being weird about it?

An aside: This quarantine has had so many working from home and using others to pass the work day when they are bored. They aren’t interested, they just want a phone/text buddy. Stay woke.

Edited to add: The moment I see that they are busy or they say something to that effect, I hang up and tell them to call back when they are less so. Many do not so issa sign 🤷🏾‍♀️
