I blamed myself for men’s treatment of me for a long time and it caused me so much unnecessary stress. FDS has helped to shift my mindset in the right direction and I’ve been more confident in myself, much happier and more zen since I found it.

This is the main thing I struggle with to an astounding degree! I still don’t believe it and think it’s always my fault especially since the last couple of scrotes ended the same way, even the one that really didn’t seem like he would do to me what he did!

Do I think I’m that special to be immune to their fuckery or was it really me? I know I’m not perfect and have my flaws but I tried to be the best gf I could be for them (my pickmeness started to dwindle way down after the last one and I work on it every day) and I always have good intentions. I need scientific proof/more reassurance, I’m having an especially hard time these last couple of days. Yay, hormones!!
