It seems the men who most loudly shout this "men are providers" mantra are the least capable of doing so. They are also very often doing nothing to change it.

It’s also just funny bc these men are clearly poor as fuck. I thought men made so much money and mean women were just gold diggers.

This makes a great deal of sense. I wonder why some people don't ever realize just how hypocritical they are. If men are supposed to be the primary breadwinners but then they don't even want to take care of the children they helped create, that's a goddamn cop out.
