I think maybe they are waiting to see if the girl puts out, if she doesn't then he expects to be paid back on his "investment". As if spending $40 on dinner constitutes paying for sex. Jesus, call a fucking prostitute! Oh right, prostitutes are expensive, they are looking for a $40 bj. The absolute state of hook up culture today. Im guessing soon guys will be expecting us to pay them for sex.

I experienced this once with a guy! I found out later that he did it because he got ghosted a lot after paying for girls he dated. Now he's the kind of guy that thinks girls have to prove themselves before he would consider paying. I told him that it's tupid and he lost his chance with me, and blocked him lol.

Had a guy try to pull this on me a few years ago. Wanted me to pay for his Uber fare too. He was mad that I didn't go home with him. I laughed and blocked him.

I had a guy a couple years ago pick me up and took me to brunch. Told me to pick whatever I wanted and encouraged me to have champagne. The total was only $75 and he looks at me and says “let’s go Dutch baby”. I have him a disgusting look and put my card down.
I paid for more than my part. He claimed he had a great job and he drove an expensive car. He just had a entry level Lexus and acted like he was rich.
Then I ignored him and he went off on me via text saying I was “ungrateful” blah blah. Like okay you are blocked. Then he sent me a message on IG and had to block. Pathetic loser boi.
P.s. this was in LA. That is why I posted the above screenshot.
