Also: start over sharing information about the topic. Just completely steamroll the conversation so he can hardly get a word in edgewise. Enthuse about whatever it is, go on a tangent, whatever. Just absolutely bury him in information. Make it very apparent you know more than he does to a much higher degree than he does. Punctuate your rant with very specific, pointed questions, as if you're expecting a conversation. They will stop, I guarantee you.

The time has come for women to stop making themselves smaller for men. Stop excusing yourself for things you didn't do wrong. Stop pretending you are stupid when men are mansplaining things to you, just because you want to be polite and not hurt his feelings. Don't make yourself smaller than you are. If anyone has a problem with that, it's up to them to grow tf up.
