Because in his silly world he thinks it's being served to him on a platter (lol) and then he doesn't have the brains to put work on it. People approaching you and initiating does not mean they are throwing themselves at you and you've nailed them. He's the moron of the highest order who doesn't even know what's wrong with him because he lacks basic empathy for women.
Also, he looks down on women once they are least bit attentive to him. Probbaly he hates himself and projects it. Date a model? Wow.

Honestly. He kinda sounds more like A sexual to me? If he’s just not interested whatsoever. If he’s not being mean to anyone. Which I can’t really tell if he is. Sounds like he gives a date a chance but doesn’t connect therefore doesn’t wanna string anyone along.

Yes this is how I see it as well, that he doesn't want to start a relationship just for the sake of being in one, and is waiting for someone he genuinely cares for. I'm not sure why everyone sees him as LVM.

Am I the only one who is getting covert narcissist or on-the-spectrum vibes from this? Not that I should be drive by diagnosing, but something about him sounds kind of off.
I'm an introvert,too, and this doesn't really sound like just being an introvert. It sounds like he's "secretly" very arrogant and doesn't know how to people.
