I work in anti-sex trafficking advocacy and I can tell you from my work with survivors: the chances of you seeing minors forced into porn, actually rape, etc on "mainstream" porn is VERY high. You absolutely ARE supporting the rape of children by consuming porn. Even consuming non-rape porn, fuels other types of rape porn. Porn consumption then escalates into real life violence with partners, strangers or "prostitutes" (or children being forced to prostitute themselves).

The problem is rampant. I absolutely advocate for refusing to be in relationships of any kind with men who consume porn. Even if it doesn't bother you personally, do it for the child rape victims. Stop enabling, provide an incentive for men to stop - educate him, let him know this is a dealbreaker.

There's also so many ways society has been influenced by pornification that also causes problems in more subtly ways. Normalizing violent sex, or even women going down on a guy or allowing anal. Don't do what you don't want to do! No one NEEDS a BJ or anal or to choke you or whatever.
