Too many red flags to list.

But green flags:

Respects your opinions and doesn't have to interject his own when you talk about your opinions
Treats unattractive women well too
Takes initiative without you prodding him along

Personally my green flag is a guy that can discuss different and opposing viewpoints without turning it into a debate, a heated argument or stonewalling you. Like a guy whose eyes light up when you express yourself because he’s genuinely interested in hearing your unique viewpoint.

Another is he doesn’t let other men interrupt you. I’ve had conversations in a group of men and when I get interrupted another one says: “hang on, I want to hear what she was going to say.”

He doesn’t speak badly about other people behind their backs, doesn’t gossip.

He doesn’t put people down/neg his friends to make himself look better by comparison. He’s genuinely happy to hear about other people’s successes and doesn’t get jealous.

This might be controversial but he’s chivalrous: he opens doors for women (not just the pretty ones), pulls out the chair for you, opens the car door for you and offers his coat if you look cold.

This is related, but lots of small gestures consistently that shows he cares. Any man can pull off a grand gesture once in a blue moon and then rest on his laurels. But small acts of kindness that he can keep up consistently is worth a lot more than the occasional grand gesture. Things like he doesn’t just make himself a cup of tea/coffee, he makes one for you too, etc.
