I worked as waitress for a while and 90% of the problematic clients who wanted "to speak the manager" have been men.

Inappropriate flirting, dumb comments, aggression, unreasonable complaints, tantrums - if this behavior occured there was always a dick attached

Yes, yes, yes 👏 men like to assume that because your being polite (because you HAVE to be, your at work) that it's an invitation to be hit on, or that your hitting on them. No, bro. I'm working. I had a guy come in daily and one day he waited outside for me to finish my shift, I walked past him and he proceeded to follow me to the bus stop, to tell me how nice I am and to ask for my number. He assumed I was interested in him because of the basic decency I had to show all customers. It was stalkerish and creeped me tf out, I shut it down real quick but literally I was uncomfortable every single day after that when he came in.

Oh god, I would rather scoop dog shit for a living than have to go back to that. I swear I have PTSD from years of working customer service jobs.
