I don't recommend it. It makes you look obsessed with relationships and dramatic. even though the advice here is helpful, don't do it. I strongly recommend you read the entire book not your mother's rules by Ellen Fein and Sherrie Schneider. you could even get the audiobook for free from audible on an audible trial, I love the audio version because you really get the energy and I can listen over and over when I do dishes.

in that book, they describe the rules which is a book they wrote originally in the 90s with many women have had great success with. I sound like I'm affiliated but I'm not , it just changed my life like millions of women.

Within the book, you will see that the rules for Facebook include not posting about relationships. I think that you need to read that book based on what I just read and I strongly recommend you do it within the next week, when time I recommended it and the girl said she would listen next summer. Listen, that book changed my life more than literally anything, anything. I wish I had that book when I was 14 I found it when I was 24 and now I'm 26 and I finally have an incredible boyfriend thanks to that book.

I also like the rules and the rules 2 which are also in the audible store or available on paperback but again you get the energy when you listen and you don't miss out on any little sentences.

one of the rules is that we don't tell people we are doing the rules. The rules is literally fds in book format, every single rule is solid fds.

And in the book why men love bitches by Sherry argov, another nugget of gold, she recommends to not tell men that you were having a change in behavior. I know this is kind of different because you're talking about Facebook, but in the book she says don't tell men and give them along elaborate explanation about who you are now and how things are going to beat. Just change it don't talk about it. In other words, don't tell people about your dating strategy for your lifestyle changes or your mind processes. Nobody has to approve of what you are doing and you don't have to run it by anyone.that is the most liberating thing that I have discovered, I don't have to explain myself to literally anyone and it really reduces my level of stress
