This poor woman. Half of her post is justification and preemptively defending herself for a totally reasonable request. I feel for her because I know exactly what sort of abuse she's endured (likely from him) that caused her to develop that strategy.

Most men are selfish and oblivious which is why so many of them are so noisy.
