Two of my friends reported their rapes to the police. They had evidence and confession from their rapists. And the police laughed and dismissed them. They never did an investigation and just waited for them to get tired and stop coming back. They don’t even test the vast majority of rape kits.

That Stanford swimmer Rapist, Brock Turner, was caught on video and by two male witnesses raping a woman and he got 3 months in prison.

And they act like the system is pit against men???? Or somehow in favor of women?

There’s even evidence that when men ACTUALLY ask for child custody, they win most of the time even when the woman accuses them of domestic violence or child sexual abuse.

TW rape/abuse. Do not read if sensitive, this case made my blood boil.

Horrible case in my country... People had to take the streets because they were cleared of sexual aggresion because they could not prove they used violence to subjugate the victim. 5 guys against one girl . They literally had a whatsapp group where they shared the video of the rape and where they commented awful things. Also, one was in the military and another one a police , a Civil Guard which is a pretty fascist police force. Surprise, surprise.

"The La Manada rape case began with the gang rape of an 18-year-old woman on 7 July 2016 during the San Fermín celebrations in Pamplona, Navarre, Spain. The case drew intense public scrutiny as it called into question the definition of rape under Spanish law. Five men, including a member of the Civil Guard) and another of the Spanish Army from Seville, filmed themselves repeatedly attacking the woman in the vestibule of an apartment building.[1] La Manada means "pack)" in Spanish.

After their arrest and trial, the men were cleared of sexual aggression charges and instead found guilty of sexual abuse because the prosecution could not prove they employed violence to subjugate the victim. In a sentence handed down on 21 June 2019, the Spanish Supreme Court reversed the lower court and affirmed that the men were guilty of rape, remanding José Ángel Prenda, Jesús Escudero, Alfonso Jesús Cabezuelo, Antonio Manuel Guerrero and Ángel Boza to 15 years in prison;[3] Guerrero was given an additional two years for stealing the victim's mobile phone.[4]
