I took her comment about the police doing everything they could to be the typical way women are forced to speak on platforms where men participate. It’s to prevent a pile-on basically.

It was a well written comment, I’m just so sad for women in these relationships.

I’ve been the crying woman when police arrived, one approached with a shit-eating grin as though this was entertaining?! Or like he already assumed I was faking it? Police and men in general are not equipped to handle “domestic violence” situations EXCEPT for removing the male forcibly if necessary, that’s the only harmless action they can take. Even the police talking to the victim can be traumatic. We need to change these things.
