I think I will try; most of the arguments are coming from articles like the Guardian, which don't report the whole of the issue (ignoring the caveats).

Some like public breastfeeding being treated as taboo is people generally not getting used to new (to them) social phenomenon. It's also odd to see them talk about the dangers of pregnancy in the same thread with being discriminated over being pregnant.

Another thing to point out is that they are manufacturing false social phenomenon out of two or three incidents (such as men mudering women over being rejected).

Just some sad lady trolling for compliments and 'you go, girl" type encouragement. They believe this sort of thing is 'activism'.

I took a glance at the "thread" (I'm not used to calling Twitter rants "threads," but whatever), and it really is about women's issues. I understand that a lot of gender issues have implications for both genders, regardless of which gender they primarily affect, but can you give a detailed explanation of why you think it's important that people here go through them as they relate to men's issues in particular?
