There's an issue of underrepresentation of female abusers in official statistics.

And this is an even bigger problem for childhood sexual abuse.

Young boys have also been shown to incorrectly identify their abusers as male instead of female because adults often "lead them on" when they're questioned.

And even if it is higher I don't see what the big issue is.

Just point out that it is a very small percentage of men, and that they are guilty of exasperating toxic gender stereotypes in society by pointing it out in this manner.

Because women, and, to extend, society via media, have a little actual problem with understating what is sexual abuse, since every time some female get busted with statutory rape, it's called "have sex" or "have an affair", but never called for what it is.

"Teach X not to rape" is a true statement, apparently. The catch is that X is women. Because again, they actually seem to have a trouble with grasping the whole concept of sexual abuse.
