I should point out how much I absolutely despise and abhor both the terms toxic masculinity and toxic femininity, which to me are nothing but derogatory terms meant to degrade their respective genders, and I feel stupid just even so much as seeing either used let alone having to type them. However the use of the former is prominent (especially all over social media), while the latter is often rarely or never acknowledged and sometimes when it is we hear about how it's not as bad as toxic masculinity or even outright doesn't exist. This comes off as more selective ignorance from feminists who again never want to be held accountable or admit terrible women exist. I firmly believe either both exist or neither does at all. Toxic behavior and personality traits have absolutely nothing to do a person's gender and everything to do with them choosing to be a bad person. Some of the most toxic people I've ever had the displeasure of knowing have been women and I've known of more toxic women in my time then men. Some of the worst bullies I had going to school were girls who almost never got reprimanded and I had horribly abusive and mean female teachers and counselors when I was going to school. I'm still haunted by terrible memories I have of the abuse and bullying I endured from those times.

We've seen recent examples of it in the news and media between Amber Heard and how she's gotten off scot-free, the female Uber passengers who were coughing and spitting all over their male driver trying to infect him with COVID and of course the numerous false rape and harassment allegations. There was also an incredibly enraging video that was posted about a year or so ago that showed a male student at a school being bullied by a female student who was physically hitting him and calling him insulting names, and even had the nerve to shriek at him "don't you dare hit me, I'm a girl!" before he had enough and struck her out of self-defense (and of course got reprimanded for it because she was female, despite her clearly antagonizing and harming him). If toxic femininity exists then these are clearly shining examples of it, and there's also the numerous false rape and sexual assault/harassment allegations that have arisen as a result of MeToo that has only made it harder for actual victims to get justice and has worsened relations between men and women alike.

I despise both terms and feel they should be stricken from any civil or serious conversation, but I'm sorry, either both toxic masculinity and femininity exist in equally damaging ways, or neither exist at all. Neither masculinity or femininity are toxic or evil, there's only bad men and women who choose to be toxic.
