Most MGTOWs will lean to the right. Libertarianism/individualism is a right-leaning ideology.
"MGTOW is apolitical" means that MGTOWs understand that the republican politicians are terrible and the democrat politicians are somehow worse than them, and that the current conservative party doesn't quite line up with our ideals, but our ideals are right leaning.

We don't have a political dichotomy. We have a trichotomy, with the right actually consisting of two ideologies that come together to try and defeat the left. The left supports communism, which has an end goal of equality of outcome. The right is split into individualism and absolutism, which value freedom and stability respectively. MGTOW guys are overwhelmingly going to be part of the individualist right. The tradcons are generally a lot more absolutist.
