3 lady cops can't subdue 1 guy

I work with female officers... let me tell you... they talk the most shit and act tough. There are a few that could stand their ground but most will or have gotten rekt in close quarters.

One female officer got thrown into a wall and walked all over by the guy, but back in the office she talked so much shit about him claiming she could take him.

I have gotten into some pretty good fights where I am very glad my partner was another guy. Had a significant one where my partner and the guy we were fighting both landed on my head against the floor and dislocated my shoulder. Luckily for me I popped it back in and cuffed him. Had to go to the ER for head injury, though.

Being in that situation, I know without a doubt that Id have gotten seriously injured if it was a female officer with me. Imo they dont belong in that line of work. For the most part, they can't do it well.

I was recently in my bank, doing banking related stuff, obviously. And some big tough guy was spouting off acting aggressive and making a scene. He wasn't violent, just aggressive. Maybe he was casing the place, or testing them for a future robbery or a distraction for a robbery that was about to take place. Who the hell knows?

Any way, after the female bank manager couldn't calm him down (she didn't even try tbh) the police where called. Guess who arrived after 10mins? 2 beautiful looking blondes with perfect makeup and nails who just stood outside talking with the female manager as this dude paced around inside glaring at the other staff. They where too scared to even speak to the guy.

Lady cops only work vs men who still care about society. If someone is going to fight with the cops, they're going to fight with the cops. Male or female.
And if you have someone who wants to fight with the cops? You want the toughest men you can get your hands on, no?

If you see cops struggling with a perp. , male or female, don’t ever jump in to help. You do not have qualified immunity. You do not have a police union to defend you. If someone gets hurt or killed, you can and probably will be held criminally or civilly liable. Call the police for back if you have to, but do not get involved.

I've noticed alot of unjustified shootings have come from female officers. I don't have stats or a source, only observations from the news over the years. Maybe the stats are different but I wouldn't put it past someone who is dealing with someone much bigger to resort to deadly or excessive force in order to not get their brains bashed.

Also, while visiting a hospital, I saw three female nurses trying to unsuccessfully get control over a man who they couldn't get back into his room and one was screaming for a man to get him back. Mind you this was the end of life area and the man had to be in his 70s or 80s. The male nurse easily walked him back into his room.

I guess they found out that "words" don't have meaning in certain scenario. They can't nag their way out of a problem. This one required actual physical force.

Some objective strength requirement should most certainly be in place for street cops.

The problem is the implementation of this, most of the time you end up with lower standards for women. E.g. to be admitted to Police Academy in Norway men have to bench press 60 kg for 6 reps. Women only have to do 32 kg for the same number of reps. Criminals are not gonna go easy on you just cuz u'r a female lol.
