Ah, I think i see this woman's logic. She thinks men are avoiding women because its easy to tell what is and isn't rape, and what is an unwanted advancement. Thus when women establish their "basic" boundaries, the men that can't see those and straight out refuse to interact are part of "rape culture." Because rape culture says women over react when it comes to what is rape, what is unwanted and wanted interactions.

Forgive me, it took some logical leaps to decipher what she was saying.

The very act that men want to avoid women because men see them as overreacting isn't a form of rape culture. Its a form of avoidance culture. People that avoid dangerous areas of town aren't being sexist, racist, or bigots. They're avoid unnecessary risk that can easily be dealt with via working around it.

Same with men avoiding women. Women are not worth the risk, and avoiding them inst rape culture. Its smart personal policy.

Compliments and romantic propositions will be considered flirtatious and sweet if she's attracted to him, and creepy harassment if she's not. Thus the only solution is to stop interacting with women as a whole and taking precautions when without a choice, as this accounts for all criteria. Unless you consider "stare rape", that is.
