This is from SE USA. Reflecting back on experiences, I remembered this little incident. One of my good friends in college had a LTR with a beautiful brunette girl. He was/is a great nice guy. The kind of guy that would give you a kidney if you needed it. We all thought they were great together.

One day he comes over to a group of us hanging out in our apartment complex and says she broke up with him. We ask why/ what happened? I shit you not he says she "didn't think he would be able to provide the standard of living she was accustomed to". Being still blue pill I remember being confused/angry/not sure how to react. She came from a lot of money. He didn't. The years they spent together didn't matter. Her status did.

Moral of the story upon reflection: Women want to feed off of your SMV and wealth. They do not want an emotional connection or "life partner". They want a submissive ATM. AWALT.
