The Coddling of the American Mind came out recently and is fantastic. A complete breakdown of how the current college political climate came about. It describes in detail how SJW rationale is very similar to the cognitive distortions experienced by people with depression and anxiety (all-or-nothing thinking, catastrophizing, etc) and what steps we can take as a society to “prepare the child for the road; not the road for the child”. It is written from a scientific, non-partisan standpoint, criticises batshit behaviour on the right as well and is enjoyable start to finish. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
