LOVED the series before they fucked up the continuity and started making shit up that doesn't work with the original storyline anymore.

The storyline is so retarded and unclear now. Such a shame what they messed up. Metal Gear Solid from 1998 was literally a PERFECT game.

Yes, MGS3 is probably my top number 1 favorite game of all time (for sure single player), the music, the survival elements, the humor, the bosses, the set pieces, the campy james bond vibes, the ladder, the feels. I remember also doing the switcheroo on 360 with a buddy so we could both get peace walker, we had a blast with that game. Shame they will not or cant port them over to current gen.

wow, surprised to see this here. i fucking LOVE Metal Gear.

although no one ever mentions...the FUCKING OG...original, fucking the original metal gear. i really really love that game. the 1987 one. it's literally the first game I believe ever made where you could use like codes and items, like use the code to return to the game with all the saved items you already had. Zelda released before allowed you to save you game on the cartridge but I think metal gear was the first to use save codes. Also Hideo Kojima's first game.

also love Metal Gear solid the first one for playstation. GREAT game, loved how they took the original to the next level, really totally reinvented the entire game without changing the stealth element.

Metal Gear solid V is literally my favorite game of all time. granted they did fuck up the story and all the Kojima/Konami drama seemed to effect the game a bit, but overall just such a good game, such amazing level design and the movment/physics is my favorite ever. I love the jungle levels, great feel overall.

I cut my teeth on MGS2 as a teenager. Only played the first one a few years ago but damn its good. 2 is my favorite gameplay and graphics wise but 3 is so good with the added things like camo and survival, and THAT ENDING. Its a toss up between the first 3. Cant go wrong. The rest are good, but I'm old school lol.

And damn right Snake was MGTOW.

Yep! Played every one except the Gameboy color ones. Solid was MGTOW as fuck in MGS4, I know 4 isn't particularly liked among fans but it's probably my Fave along with 3 being the best.

Haven't played any Metal Gear Games.

At some point I'm gonna check out Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, now that I have a fairly grunty gaming PC (i5-8600K (6 core)/RX 580 8GB/144 Hz freesync monitor).

Playing Dying Light and The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt at the moment.

MGS is my favorite series of games ever. I think I'm on my 3rd playthrough of V. Kojima level craziness is right up my alley. Also a shout out for RDR. Can't wait for RDR2.

All of the idiots calling x for mgtow, did you know that stones are mgtow?! They never talk to women and just ignore them. That's what you sound like op.

Edit: oh and, venom snakes love interest was supposed to be quiet, but the game was cut short because of konami, this means =/= not mgtow.

Solid snake (old snake), was in a relationship and showed interest in women, rapid aging, lies betrayl etc. Were the cause foe him distancing himself. this means =/= not mgtow.

Naked snake/ big boss, had interest in eva in mgs3 which should be more than enough to tell that he had an interest in women so he wasn't a mgtow. And hiw he chased after the boss certainly not a man going his own way.

Raiden, got married obviously not mgtow.

With what has been shown of them it's safe to assume that none of the snakes were mgtow.
