Lets do this right and define terms up front. From theFreeDictionary.com:

Arrogant (adj)
1. Having or displaying a sense of overbearing self-worth or self-importance.
2. Marked by or arising from a feeling or assumption of one's superiority toward others: an arrogant contempt for the weak.

Now lets think about someone who has taken the red pill, and no longer gets validation from women. Lets consider someone self actualized, someone who has unconditional positive regard for himself. Someone who isn't suffering from male mother need, because he is mentally and emotionally self sufficient.

How will the people around him - women especially, but anyone who isn't in a similar state - how will they react? They will despise his self-regard and accuse him of being arrogant.

This can happen absent any abusive or contemptuous behavior, any sense of superiority, anything which is overbearing. The person will unconditional positive self regard will be immune to a lot of social intimidation, pressure, guilt, etc. People will sense that and be threatened by their inability to control such a man with social mechanisms like guilt, shame, gaslighting, etc. Hence the attack, wherein you are gaslighted as being "arrogant".
